An inspired urban wine making project involving Craft Wine Store, Mike Hayes, Mark Kirby and Red Hill residents lead to the creation of “Red Cap Wines”, the most recent organic urban wine brand from Craft Wine Store.
The full wine-making process from crushing, barrelling through to bottling, labelling and even waxing all produced place in-store.
