With their name derived from Red-Hook borough in Brooklyn, the concept was to serve up authentic New York street food to a laneway in Brisbane's inner city.

The aesthetic objective was to treat the design in a similar way to the food concept - which is at street level.

Brooklyn Neighbourhood Street graphics combined with an injection of a vintage American sport aesthetic ties the concept together and presents an authenticity to the brand.
